This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Time and Delivery:
We offer shipping within India using India Post as our preferred delivery service.
- Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect your order to be delivered within 5-7 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and delivery times may vary depending on your location within India and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, postal delays, or remote delivery areas.
- Shipping Method: All orders will be shipped via India Post's registered parcel service to ensure reliable delivery.
- Shipping Charges: We offer a flat shipping rate of ₹100 for all orders within India. For international orders Rate starts at ₹2000. Please note that this rate is subject to change and any updates will be reflected in our policy.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided). You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the India Post website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete, including your full name, house number/apartment name, street name, city, state, and correct postal code. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Attempts:
India Post will typically make multiple attempts to deliver your package. If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, a notification will be left, and your package may be held at your local post office for a specific period. It is your responsibility to collect the package from the post office within the stipulated timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the package being returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Undeliverable Packages:
In the event that a package is undeliverable due to reasons such as an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect from the post office, we will attempt to contact you to arrange for reshipment. However, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.
